Service Fees

The Ethos Pay enrollment fee is a one-time charge to use the service. The enrollment fee is paid once per customer, regardless of how many bills are paid through Ethos Pay.

We have two convenient methods for paying the enrollment fee:

• • • Either pay $299 at the time of enrollment
    • or 4 monthly installments of $74.75.

In the event of cancellation within the first four months a pro-rated amount will be refunded – i.e., cancel after one month and 75% will be refunded, canceled after two months and 50% will be refunded.
